NexMacro Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made directly from NexMacro (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:
- Product must be in unused condition with all original packaging, cables and accessories.
- No signs of wear, modifications, stickers or physical damage.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the customer.
- We recommend a tracked service; we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
2. Faulty or damaged items
If your NexMacro product arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
- For items damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and product.
- For manufacturing faults, we provide a 12-month warranty from the purchase date.
- We may ask for photos, a short video and basic troubleshooting to confirm the issue.
- If confirmed faulty, we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion.
- For approved warranty claims, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed.
3. Items that cannot be returned
The following are not eligible for return, except where required by law:
- Products with misuse, liquid damage or obvious physical damage.
- Devices that have been opened, modified or altered (including unsupported firmware).
- Clearance, “open box” or items clearly marked as final sale at checkout.
- Gift cards and digital-only products.
4. How to request a return or warranty claim
To start a return or warranty claim:
- Email us at support@nexmacro.com.
- Include your full name, order number and purchase date.
- Describe the issue and attach photos or a short video where possible.
- Wait for a Return Authorisation and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
5. Refund processing times
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if the refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.
6. Exchanges
Where possible, faulty items will be replaced with the same model. If the original product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent product or a refund instead.
7. Orders from other retailers
This policy applies only to orders placed directly through NexMacro. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer or marketplace, their returns and refund policies will apply and you should contact them directly.
